A video has since gone viral on the internet in which a mother is seen reuniting with her US Army National Guard Sergeant son, who paid her a surprise visit at her workplace.
The bond shared between a mother and her child is one that isn’t easily broken. This explains why Joquina Williams who had not seen her, U.S. Army National Guard Sgt. Christopher Williams, in almost a year since his deployment to Afghanistan, was so ecstatic when she finally did
24-year-old Christopher showed up at his mother’s workplace to pay her a surprise visit and their reaction was priceless.
In the video which has since gone viral, she is seen hugging and plastering his face with kisses amidst tears continuously saying,
“My baby is home,” she said
the woman is seen hugging her son multiple times, according to the Georgia National Guard. He has been in the military since the age of 18, according to Joquina Williams, a mother of six.
Joquina Williams expected her son to arrive home in November.
“He told me had been planning it and a lot of people knew except me. He’s been gone for a while so just seeing him, it was just like it was yesterday,” she said
