Omoni Oboli And AY Feature In Hollywood’s ‘ELLIOT: The Littlest Reindeer’

Nollywood superstars, Omoni Oboli and Ayo Makun will be gracing our screens in a Hollywood animation titled ‘Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer’. Although, the characters they play have not yet been confirmed but this, according to Kene Okwusa of FilmOne, is another step ahead for Nollywood.

The movie which has its theme centered around Christmas is about one of Santa’s reindeer announcing his retirement on Dec 21, leaving Elliot, a little horse with the golden opportunity of earning a spot on Santa’s sleigh during the North Pole try-outs in time for Christmas Eve.

Elliott [Josh Hutcherson] and his friend Hazel [Samantha Bee] set out to prove that Elliot is the horse for the job. The movie which is to premiere on Dec 14 features other actors like Morena Baccarin, Jeff Dunham, Martin Short and John Cleese.

Omoni Oboli is a Nigerian actress, scriptwriter, film director, producer and a trained digital filmmaker. She has written several screenplays such as; Fatal Imagination, Being Mrs Elliott, The First Lady, and Wives on Strike.

Ayodeji Richard Makun, also known by his stage name A.Y, is a Nigerian actor, comedian, radio and TV presenter. He is the host of the A.Y live shows and A.Y comedy skits, producer of the movie ‘Thirty Days in Atlanta’.
