The 70th Primetime Emmy Awards 2018, which was held at the Microsoft Theater, Los Angeles California, United States hosted by Colins Jost and Michael Che on Monday Night seems to show intriguing moments and lots of landmarking winnings.
Across categories of Tv series, comedy tv series “Marvelous Mrs Maisel” and HBO TV drama “The Game Of Thrones” came out to be big winners of the Emmy, with a number of grand breaking awards.
The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, a comedy series about a 1950s housewife turns out to be one of the big winners, with a total number of nine awards, which includes best comedy series, Amy Sherman-Palladino took home for writing and directing the comedy series, Alex Borstein won best-supporting Actress in comedy series, Star Rachel Brosnaham won for lead actress in comedy, and others.
While HBO’s medieval fantasy epic Game of Thrones won a total of nine Emmys, including technical awards for special effects and stunts, and was named best drama series for a third time, beating last year’s champion, The Handmaid’s Tale.
