The much awaited world anticipated bout between boxer Floyd Mayweather and mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor in Las Vegas on 26 August won’t last long says Mayweather.
Mayweather, 40, has not boxed since 2015 but he is coming out of retirement to fight the Irish MacGregor.
The American who has never lost a fight in his boxing career has said the fight won’t go a distance.
“He’s looking forward to ending the fight early, I’m looking forward to ending the fight early – it won’t go the distance,” said Mayweather.
Mayweather also said he is doing his home work on McGregor, a two-weight world champion in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
“It’s not really watching fight tapes, it’s about knowing the person you’re facing across the ring from you,” added Mayweather.
