Walt Disney production has recently released the first image of its live-action version of Mulan which features Chinese actress Liu Yifei, also known as Crystal Liu, who place the role, Hau, The young lady that posed as a male in order to take her father’s place in the army.
It was reported that the casting process took a year-long worldwide search, which took almost 1000 actresses in getting the right actress for the role of Hua Mulan.
Based on IMBD report, the movie would be directed by Niki Caro and be set for release on 27 March 2020. Filming of Mulan would take place in two major cities, New Zealand and China, the movie cast also features Donnie
Yen as Commander Tung, Jet Li as The Emperor, Jason Scott Lee as Bori Khan. Yen and Li have played the character of Chen Zhen, first popularized by Bruce Lee, while Jason Scott Lee is most known for having directly played Bruce Lee in Dragon The Bruce Lee story.
