The Football Association in England has taken FIFA to court over Chelsea’s transfer ban last year and it is to be heard in next month.
The Court of Arbitrary Sport(CAS) will allow the FA file their case in court on the 26th of June.
Last Year, FIFA banned Chelsea and the FA for breaching the transfer rules and registering players under 18years.
The FA following the breaching of these rules were fined the sum of 350,000 Swiss francs on appeals.
According to the FA, ” we continue to work with FIFA and Chelsea in a constructive manager to address the issues which were raised by this case.”
