It was a night of glitz and glamour on Thursday as the highly emotional and religious movie ‘The Savior’ premiered for the first time on Lagos, Nigeria ahead of Easter celebrations.
The event which was held at the Silverbird Cinemas within the Ikeja City Mall premises saw top gospel music acts including Eli J, T.A.K and a host of others in attendance.
The movie which ran for about 90 minutes had its plot woven around the life of Jesus Christ, from his birth to ministry, crucifixion, resurrection and ascension into heaven.
The faith based movie is directed by Robert Savo and starred by top Christian actors including Shredi Jabarin, Hanan Hilo, Ashraf Barhoum and a host of others.
Speaking with E247mag.com at the event, popular movie producer Darlington Abuda explained that the movie it all about steadfastness, while urging the world to believe in the revelations and true essence of Easter.
