Court Orders DSS to Pay Jos resident N10 million over Wrongful Shooting

A Federal High Court in Bauchi managed by Hon.Justice Muhammed Dhitu Abubakar, on Friday requested Department of State Services (DSS) to pay Mallam Musa Ibrahim Umar of Iyamadu Street, Bukuru in Jos South nearby government area,Plateau state,N10 million.

The N10 million is for harms following unlawful attack of Umar’s habitation and shooting him on his lap on March 2, 2016.
