Fresh reports reaching E47mag.com have it that the Managing Director and of Keystone Bank Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Bank Obeahon Ohiwere has resigned his appointment.
In a statement by the Bank on Saturday, Ohiwerei left for personal reasons in a bid to pursue other interests.
Meanwhile, Abubakar Danlami Sule has been appointed to take his place in acting capacity.
The bank thanked Ohiwerei for his contributions to the bank over the past 18 months.
The bank is currently owned by Sigma Golf River Bank Consortium after being acquired from the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in March 2017.
Meanwhile, Guaranty Trust Bank has reacted to trending news that its operations have been taken over by vehicle manufacturing company Innoson Group.
Reports on Friday had it that a ruling by the Supreme Court ordered the vehicle manufacturing company to take over the bank over N8.7billion debt.
According to a statement by the Bank, all necessary legal steps to address this situation and ensure that no illegal or fraudulent execution is carried out.
