Barely three days after a building collapsed in Lagos killing 12 persons and injuring scores, E247mag.com gathered that another building collapsed at Bode area in Ibadan, Oyo State on Friday.
As at the time of filing this report, three persons have been pulled out from the debris by rescue workers while a crowd is currently gathered at the scene of collapse. The commercial building according to reports is under construction.
The first set of fire brigade personnel who arrived the scene of the collapsed building were helpless and they could not do more in digging into the debris to rescue trapped victims, as there were no equipment to carry out the rescue operation.
Reports say trapped victims made phone calls to family and friends under the rubble for them to come to their aid.
However, as at Saturday morning, everyone was rescued as no life was lost.
Search and rescue operations have been suspended.
