US PGA Championship 2017: Justin Thomas Wins First Major Title

Trailing leader Kevin Kisner by two shots going into the final round, Justin Thomas hit a three-under-par 68 to win the US PGA Championship at Quail Hollow.

Justin Thomas won at eight under to beat the trio of Francesco Molinari (six under), Patrick Reed (six under) and Louis Oosthuizen (six under) to second place with early leader Kevin Kisner eventually finishing seventh at four under.

It was the first major trophy for the 24-year-old American.

A joyful Thomas was emotional after his victory.

“I can’t put it into words right now. I’m glad to have a trophy now,” an emotional Thomas said.
