Senator Shehu Sani reacts to the recognition 22-year-old Mamoudou Gassama received from the French president, Emmanuel Macron, after the Malian immigrant, scaled an apartment building in Paris to save the life of a dangling 4-year-old yesterday May 28th,in relation to the way the case of residents of  Gashua, Gujba Local Government Area of Yobe state who apprehended a female suicide bomber who attempted to invade a mosque to carry out an attack was addressed in disregards.

Senator Shehu says those brave citizens are yet to be recognized for their courageous act that saved many people from being killed and many others injured.

It can be recalled that the vigilante Muslims noticed her while she was struggling to detonate the suicide vest strapped to her body in the mosque. She was quickly restrained by the locals, arrested and handed over to troops at Azare.A brave move worth recognizing.
