Russia 2018 World Cup Qualifiers: England Announces 23-Man Squad

England coach Gareth Southgate has released a 23-man squad for their upcoming world cup qualifiers against Malta and Slovakia and of course, one name is expected to miss out and that’s Wayne Rooney.

England travels to Valletta to take on Malta on September 1 before hosting Slovakia on September 4.
