Ronaldo Call His Five-Game Ban ‘Incomprehensible’

The Portugal forward has continued to express his dissatisfaction with his five-match ban.

Ronaldo was banned by the Spanish football for shoving the referee after being sent off in the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup 3-1 victory over Barcelona.

Real Madrid appealed but the ban was upheld meaning the four-time Ballon d’Or winner will serve his ban, and having already served two games of his ban, Cristiano will still miss games against Valencia, Levante, and Real Sociedad.

Ronaldo, 32,  has, therefore, said the decision by Spain’s administrative sports court to uphold his five-game ban for pushing a referee is “incomprehensible”.

“From injustice to injustice, they will never bring me down,” he posted.

Ronaldo will return to action in La Liga against Real Betis on September 20.
