Real Madrid Form Not Good Enough – Zinedine Zidane

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has refelected on his side poor pre-season performance and he is not happy with the outcome of their results.

The European Champions won 4-2 on penalties against Major League Soccer (MLS) All Stars in their last match in USA yesterday but had earlier lost 4-1 to Manchester City, 3-2 to arch rivals Barcelona, and lost on penalties to Manchester United.

“The sensation overall is not good,” said Zidane, whose team face United once more in the UEFA Super Cup next Tuesday before a Supercopa de Espana double-header with Barca.

“It’s good that we got the result, but the sensation is not positive overall. We only won one out of four games. The tour is done, now we have four days to go back and prepare for the Super Cup, which is our first official match, and obviously we have some things to work out.”
