NFF To Cough Out Gernot Rohr’s Three-Month Salary Before Cameroon Tie

The German who is on a 50,000 monthly payroll but hasn’t been paid for the past three months by the Federation.

Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is set to pay Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr the three months salary owned before the world cup qualifying tie against Cameroon.

After securing a 2.5 billion deal with the oil company, Aiteo, which reportedly guarantees regular payment of salaries of members of the national team, national team coaches are being owned several month salaries by the NFF.

However, with the Russia 2018 world cup double header against African champions Cameroon coming up, NFF has decided to cough out all debts owing to coach Gernot Rohr and other national team officials.

Nigeria hosts Cameroon in Uyo on September first before traveling to Yaounde for the return leg on the 4th of September.
