Kim kardashian’s hubby, rapper Kanye West has vowed to drag international insurer, Lloyd’s of London to court over the company’s failure to pay insurance claims he made to it after the sudden cancellation of his Saint Pablo tour in November of last year.

He is asking for a whopping sum of $10m to cover the cost of losses he incurred from his ill health and subsequent admission in hospital for an undisclosed ailment.

Lloyd is refusing to accede to the rappers demand, saying his medical problem was caused by him. They alleged he was sent to the doctor due to an over dose of marijuana.

By insurance laws and regulations, should it be proved that Kanye was admitted in the hospital due to personal reasons the insurer would be in good position not to accord him his wish.

Kanye is asked by the insurer to submit his last medical report, a desire the star may never accept to fulfill.
