Icelandic international, Gylfi Sigurdsson club record £45m move from Swansea to Everton is almost done with only his signature left.
Everton’s coach, Ronald Koeman confirmed that the 27-year- old has passed his medical today.
“I have seen the doctor and there is no problem,” said Koeman.
“Still he needs to sign, but I saw him in the Blue!”
Koeman further added; “We worked a long time to get this deal in, he was one of the key players to bring in, we need players who will bring productivity to the team.
“We lost Romelu Lukaku and we lost 25 goals, we need more players than one to get that number of goals. He is that type of player with that productivity.
“He knows the Premier League, he had a good season at Swansea and in his position he is one of the best in the Premier League.”
