Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, on Monday sacked all his Special Advisers.
A statement by Simeon Nwakaudu, Special Assistant to the Governor on Electronic Media, however, noted that the Special Adviser on Religious Affairs, Bishop Winston Iwo retained his post.
Recall the governor had sacked the state’s Executive Council on June 24 and he is yet to re-appoint new commissioners.
However, No explanation has been given by the governor why he sacked the Special Advisers.
