An aspirant in the rescheduled Ekiti State governorship primary election, Femi Ojudu, has pulled out of the race.
Ojudu who was originally meant to be part of Saturday, May 12, exercise did not disclose his reasons for pulling out.
On another vein, immediate past Interim National Publicity Secretary of the PDP,  Chief Dayo Adeyeye who was beaten by Prof. Olusola Eleka in the primary also announced his departure from the party, saying that his next political move will be made public soon.
Adeyeye’s move out of PDP came as a bit of surprise as the PDP’s  governorship primary which was held in Ado Ekiti, the capital of Ekiti state, was largely described by observers as peaceful and transparent.
Reports had it that both Ojudu and Adeyeye have their eyes set on becoming Social Democratic Party, SDP, guber flag bearer which is still up for grabs.
