Cincinnati Open: Dimitrov, Muguruza Emerges Champion

Grigor Dimitrov won his first ever 1000 Masters career title after beating Nick Krygios in the final of the Cincinnati Open in Ohio, USA.

The Bulgarian world number nine defeated Australia’s Krygios 6-3 7-5 to capture the title.

In the ladies category, it was a one-sided affair as Gabine Muguruza of Spain easily saw off Simona Halep of Belgium 6-1 6-0 to win the Cincinnati.
