Manchester City has completed the signing of Monaco left back Benjamin Mendy on a five-year-deal today.
The deal which is worth a whopping £52 million makes the French left back the most expensive defender in the history of football.
In his words, Mendy expresses his happiness in joining the Manchester base club.

Mendy becomes another mega money signing for City after English defender Kyle Walker, Portuguese playmaker Bernardo Silva, Brazilain duo of Ederson and Danilo thereby taking their spending to more than £200m in this transfer window.
